Nice and informative video
Hi there. I can't see where you get lastPage.articleCount from in the getNextPageParam function. It doesn't even show as part of the object intellisense when you type lastPage. So I can't get this to work!
one more way to use signals
Subscribed, thank you for making this kind of content! I’m sure you help many developers refresh previous knowledge and polish up our skills!
Much appreciated!
Thank you for your great work!

I have a image upload along with title and description in Node/Express using Multer to handle the uploads. But the issue is when the title and description is not present i need to stop the file upload. For example when a valid image and no title or description is given, multer first uploads the image in server and only then i can able to validate the title, description and send the response. How to prevent this behavior? If a valid image and no title/description is passed then just send the response 'title/description is required' and no need to upload the image.
But if we download translations from backend - we cannot update them automatically with ours scanner, correct?
Yes
Thank you for a great tutorial
You are welcome!
But how backend knows what language we want to download to our frontend?
You provide a language identifier
Certainly it deserves a like!
Thanks!

3:24 What does it mean - React escapes all values by default??
Yes
@@MonsterlessonsAcademy So, what does it mean "React escapes values by default?"
very nice!
Thanks!
Great video. Why do you use inject() instead of providing the dependencies to a constructor?
I already covered it here
What a pain to do something so simple, no wonder angular is no longer widely used except legacy codebases
You are wrong. It is still widely used in big companies
Most third class framework... No proper documentation, just colorful website. Not given any examples of particular concept, just definition with colorful borders. Matured people will always use React or Vue
Matured people pick jobs which pay good money and don't care about technologies.
@@MonsterlessonsAcademy This is true. But when it comes to developer experience which is the main job of ours, Angular is the worst. No proper documentation on Errors and very less information on APIs. All the time developer has to figure out what is the usage of particular method. Angular team doesn't mentions it. Really disgusting to work with. No offense but this is the reality.
Mine is onPush with dectectChanges() to fix that 😊
Wait what? I was sure the component is destroy when not in the view anymore and by consequence all subscribe are unsubscribed…
Destroying doesn't have anything to do with the in view or not. Also you need to unsubscribe manually.

Thank you for the feedback. Meanwhile you can slow down the video if it is too fast for you.
I'm so glad I ran into a Reddit comment that led me here. I've been writing Angular 10 close to 2 years and still haven't had clear understanding on CD, Zone.js, and OnPush. I'm excited for the changes to latest Angular.
That's awesome!
can you make for react project as well
I will add it to the list of ideas
Hi, Olex! I love your RUclips channel and really appreciate your insights on frontend development. Given that you know Angular, React, and Vue equally well, your opinion means a lot to me. I recently completed an Angular course and then joined a company's lab program, where I worked on a couple of training projects. They weren't too complex, but they gave me hands-on experience with Angular, including RxJS and NgRx. My resource manager recently offered me a React project, but I had to turn it down because I don't know React. This got me thinking about whether I should start learning React now, especially since I'm not sure there will be many Angular projects available soon. Do you think it's wise to start learning React alongside Angular? Or should I focus on mastering one framework first? Is it a bad idea to learn a second framework like React (and Next.js) before having several years of experience with one? I understand it might be easier after gaining more experience, but I might not have the luxury to wait. Additionally, I believe that having knowledge of Angular might make it easier to learn React, especially with some shared concepts like NgRx and Redux. Also, which framework do you prefer and why? What are your thoughts on React, Angular, and Vue? Thanks for your advice!
Great tutorial, thank you
You are welcome!

Since glossy finished makes you increase the brightness, wouldn't that cause more eye strain?
No if you don't have direct sunlight

Hello! I've been working with Angular for a little over 1 year and recently picked up on NestJS to have the possibility to create my own APIs fast. Do you think that my approach is good? Nest actually helped me grasp the theory of npm commands better, but I'm afraid to not learn it in vain Was actually thinking that full-stack TypeScript might profitable, but I am a little bit reserved since NestJS is quite niche I think...
It depends on your goals. Full-stack or pure frontend both are fine but you need to check your specific city for demand. NestJS is a niche you would either find pure NodeJS backend jobs or fullstack client/server with Javascript. But as a framework NestJS is nice and I can recommend it. I even have a course about it. ruclips.net/video/MNa-h_uPNmw/видео.htmlsi=-s9RHznr-JYaxlAQ
thanks a lot.. i was a bit confused about it for some reason..
Glad to help

Great video. Saw pipe() and map() everywhere but now I actually understand what they do. Your video about other methods is a great follow up: ruclips.net/video/2T3F5TfrYwI/видео.html
You are totally right!
Is it the same for angular 18?
Yes there are no changes regarding it in Angular 18
I switched from vs code to webstorm and don’t think I’ll ever go back to vscode. The features out of the box with webstorm are far beyond anything vscode can do without installing 100 plugins. I’ll admit vscode has better themes though 😂
Yeap, I agree 100%
Your contents are amazing, please keep on!
Thanks, will do!
I recently learned that type unions have performance loss when compared with interface polymorphism.
Can you share some link or code as a proof?
@@MonsterlessonsAcademy I'll ask my friend I got that info from whether he has some. I personally don't. He just told me about a long discussion at his firm he works at whether to use types or interfaces and their decision was hinging on this bring the case. If I'm wrong I apologise for carrying on false information, but I'll see if he has some exemplary code somewhere.
Uh I just posted a Link but now it's gone. Mayb YT didn't like that? I found a paragraph on it in the microsoft github project for typescript, in the section performance. I'll try to copy the link again in a separate message, but it'll maybe ger deleted again
I'm still early in my dev journey but the gist I got is that the compiler has an easier time with interfaces than with type unions. Sadly, the link gets deleted automatically (prolly as spam or sth).
Is there any guideline from Angular regarding writing unit tests for Zoneless application? Since utilities like fakeAsync() and tick() rely on zone.js for mocking time
Unfortunately I can't comment on that as I didn't try it yet.
You are always 'chelping'. ThAnk yuu 😅😊 greeting from Russia
You're welcome 😊
For the final part what is the advantage of using that over ngOndestroy
You make a reusable function which should not be duplicated in every single component with ngOnDestroy
@MonsterlessonsAcademy Thanks that was very useful information
Why we can't use array index in key?
It will be wrong if the elements are removed from the array which leads to bugs in rendering
